Student Pickup

Good Morning Keeler Families,

This is a reminder that if you have not picked up your student's belongings please do so by May 15th.  Any items not picked up after May 15th will be recycled or donated.

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 3:15pm and Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm - please note that May 15th is a non-instructional day and the office will be closed at 12:00pm.

Good Morning Keeler Families,

Please ensure you have picked up your student's belongings prior to May 15th.  Any belongings left at the school after May 15th will be donated or recycled. Our office hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00am - 3:15pm and Fridays 8:30am - 1:30pm.

Brown Bagging for Kids is hosting their weekly pop up food hamper support at Cardel Rec South on May 14th from 4:30pm - 6:30pm, if you are interested please read details provided on the attachment below.

Technical Support / 2020-2021 Registration

Technical Support for Families;

The CBE can now assist parents and students with technical issues that arise while continuing ongoing learning. Parents of kindergarten to Grade 9 students or students in Grades 10-12 can call or email requests for assistance with CBE supported technology.

Visit Technical Support for Students & Parents and choose the relevant G Suite or Brightspace tab for more information. This service is temporary during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hours of operation will be Monday –Thuesday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m & 8:30 a.m -1:20 p.m. Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

Please have the following information accessible when you call:
Student ID number
Student Email address
Student Password (we will not ask you for your password, but you must be able to enter it)

2020-2021 Registration:

As we begin planning and budgeting for the next school year we want to remind everyone that we are still taking registration for Kindergarten at Keeler School. If you or someone you know is wishing to register a child for Kindergarten for the 2020/21 school year, please call Keeler School for further information.

Student Pickup May 11th - 15th

Good Afternoon Keeler Families,

This is a reminder to pick up your students belongings from May 11th - 14th 10:00am - 3:00pm and May 15th 10:00am - 1:30pm. Belongings that have not been picked up by May 15th will either be recycled or donated.

Student Pickup May 4 - 8

Good Afternoon Keeler Families, Students will be able to pickup their belongings from school May 4th - 7th between 10:00am - 2:30pm and May 8th between 10:00am - 1:30pm. Students in Ms. Gennos class will be able to start picking their belongings up on Tuesday May 5th. To ensure the health and safety of our staff and families: All students personal belongings have been bagged and labeled by the teacher. Keep 2 meters apart and maximum 2 people per family. Families unable to arrange pickup during the week can contact the office at 403-777-8180 ext. 0 during business hours.
